In order to keep my prices low, I do require a minimum purchase of $5 or more to offset the Goods & Services fees charged by PayPal. If you are unable to meet that minimum requirement for purchase, I will charge the 3.49% + $0.49 fee on the final invoice, unless the Friends & Family option is available.

If a refund is requested or required due to incorrect shipping address, instructions not being followed, or any result of the buyer's error, I will need to deduct the nonrefundable seller fee charged by PayPal from the total refund.
