Local Business established since 1988. I have a Great High visibility Location in a small Village setting. I'm not sure how old the traffic count was, but it showed that over 10,000 vehicles per day pass in front of my store. We are a corner location at a major intersection of Hwy. 51 and Hwy 442 at one of only 2 Red Lights in Town. The Office Showroom is 1500 sq. ft. enclosed and about 1000 sq. ft. covered Porch and Patio area. Heated by space heaters, and cooled by Fans, we have no A/C. We sell Collectibles, Gift Items, and Produce and sell Concrete Yard And Home Decor. The entire Yard is Fenced, and Has been Mucked, and filled, and Topped with gravel, it is almost 100% accessible with my Forklift. Our workshop is a 42' x 40' enclosed Barn with Graveled floors, it has an open pole Barn that is 64' x 25'. I have a 16' x 32' Portable Building that is new, and used as a workshop Showroom.
