The book is in excellent condition for it's age!
Binding is all strong and intact! Corners are in very good condition! There is some discoloring inside the front and back covers but the book's pages show very little if any discoloring. There are a few pages at the front and the back of the book that have a few creases as if the book was not closed carefully and bent the pages. There are no tears that I can see anywhere. and no writing in the book. Although there is no dust cover, the books cover is clean and undamaged other than something white that got stuck in spots on the edges of the open side of the book. (See pic)
