Plot:
A young officer named Harlock rises up against the oppressive Illumidas occupation force residing on
Earth, after he befriends another “black collar”, Tochiro. Tochiro, is also a man whom he shares a common
ancestral history with. As well, Tochiro has built a ship called Arcadia. A ship that is fully capable of taking on
the Illumidas fleet in battle. These two are not alone in there struggle as they recruit other resistors from the
planet Tokarga, which is in danger of being destroyed by the powerful Illumidas. But there is still hope and
inspiration that comes from a woman that is very close to Harlock’s heart. She is “The voice of free Arcadia”,
and she only wishes to spread the word and ignite the hearts of the people on Earth and for them to not
loose hope. Harlock, a man of his word, is now ready to regain his freedom, for himself and humanity.
