Cookbook is printed by Fundcraft Publishers #92799, dated 1999 and measures approx 6”x 8-3/4” with 124 indexed pages. City/State not printed, but phone number (image 4) is referenced online to then Cleveland location. Cookbook is full of typed-format recipes with real photo of hospital on front cover. No advertising filler. With 303 recipes and 169 unique contributors, you KNOW there is a good variety of MANY good recipes!
