3 ringed binder with 100 Civil War Historical Covers with stamps,, and a note card explaining what the cover and stamp was about and date. The very first note card has a stain on it,(light yellowish in color) but nothing on the cover (envelope) or stamp.. all the rest are clean...basically, it's $1 per envelope and stamp, and your getting the binder and pages for free... great gift, and it ships out same day or next...
