Welcome to my series 11 1969 4.2 engine XKE Jaguar FHC sale...Vin # IR 26221. Odometer reads 57,150. Date built is Jan. 1969.I have owned this beauty since 1997. It was purchased in Decatur, Al. I am the 3rd. owner, and it is in it's original state. It was rebuilt by Mr. Mayfield in Huntsville, Al. years ago, and was droven alittle over 5,000.00 miles when parked because of the master cylinder. My intention was to restore it, and enjoy the drive, but with family sickness the funds were gone. It needs a good home for someone else to restore, and enjoy.
I have a Bill Of Sale from the seller written out on notebook paper. Dated and signed.
This is a wonderful original Jaguar. I have taken many pics, and added one from another Jaguar that has been custom painted into a Jaguar cat. What a beauty.
The photo's will give you more information on it's condition.
Missing parts are:
Rear view mirror, left side lens, and radio.
All chrome is in good condition. Front chrome bumper will need some work
It does have a dent in the front passengers side. The original paint is cracked, and peeling off. You can see the metal.
The drivers underside all the way down from the front wheels to the rear is rusted. Floor pans also have some rust.
Wire wheels are in great condition. Plenty more photos were taken...Send a message if interested...
Some parts have been purchased. The front, and rear brake kits, and master cylinder kit. The master cylinder had been taken off to restore, a Haynes book included.
If there is anything else I have missed I will add it. If you have any questions please contact me at Collectabletyme@gmail.com
