(I include ALL names in ALL fundraiser-type cookbooks because I know how frustrating it is to hope and wonder if specific contributors are included in a book, only to find out they’re not, upon receipt.). Pages and covers are clean (covers lightly age/sun-toned), tight to spiral binding with only minor corner wear to right spiral area, no folds or tears or chips to pages or covers, all pages intact and with no missing pages. Only writing is the word “Excellent” page 84 next to Spring Retreat Chicken Salad (serves 100) and “Good” page 76 next to Cranberry Salad and page 77 next to Grapefruit & Cream Cheese Salad ... all respectfully penciled that can easily be erased. Because this cookbook was self-published, some mimeographed pages have lighter print than others, but still very readable. Little wear of edges. Age/sun-toned front cover in above first image is enhanced/exaggerated by the scanner. Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment.
