Condition: Good. Age-toned (not brittle) pages are clean (couple splatters on back cover), tight to non-rust 2-staple binding, no tears, no chips, no writing, all pages intact. Some straightened dog-eared pages, moreso on last page 22. A 1/2” closed tear back cover at spine bottom, as well as tiny pin-size holes up/down spine from age, not noticeable when book is closed. Overall condition is incredible, considering it’s 95-years-old! Gutter and cover(s) shadow is from scanner and NOT on item. Books are NOT from smoke-free or pet-free environment.
