This book is in pretty good condition with some normal wear to the cover.
There are a few spots where the pages were opened too wide and caused some binding damage.
No torn or individual loose pages.
A paper clip was used as a bookmark and left an indentation on some of the pages.
Also, a newspaper clipping was used as a bookmark which caused some discoloration on two pages.
There is some yellowing and aging spots on the inside covers.
