There is also a tear along the outside back binding edge. A few pages have tears, but no missing pages or ripped out pieces. The edges of the pages are yellowed due to aging and it looks very dirty from the side view. There is a name and address stamp on the first blank page and at the bottom of the title page, which I believe is from the previous owner.
