The book is divided into two sections: the first deals with a Modified-Fat Diet and the second, presents a Calorie-Restricted Diet. Each contains general information on what foods should be avoided and the basic principles of the diet as well as giving recipes and menus for satisfying meals.
CONDITION of covers and pages Very Good. Non-yellowed pages are clean as are the outside page edges, tight to binding, no writing, no folds or tears, joints and hinges good. Covers have no flaws whatsoever. Dust jacket has no chips or tears but does have moderate sun toning around edge areas from hanging out for years on bookshelf, no other markings.
