Our kits use the new 7th generation single piece potted ballasts with internal ceramic components for better cooling and durability. All of the key components for our electronic ballasts are imported from US, Japan and Germany, for example, our MOS tube and IC are from IR in USA, PIC is also from USA, discharge tube is from EPCOS (SIEMENS) in Germany, electrolytic capacitor is from Rubycon in Japan. The key components play very important role for the ballast reliability. If you ever need a warranty repair it is handled out of the USA and all replacement parts are in stock.

How do I pay by credit card?
Once the order has been placed an invoice will be emailed to you with different payment options including credit card directly over the computer. Payment over the phone is also available at the number listed on the top of this page. If there is any problems making payment contact us so we can help.
How come BlingLights does not sell HID conversion kits in the United States?
No xenon HID conversion kit available from any source is DOT approved regardless of the brand or what the seller claims. Moreover, in the U.S.A., HID conversions are not street legal for use on public roads.
What is your return policy?
Every seller should have a return policy and the feedback to prove it is enforced. Our policy is that for whatever reason you decide to return the item you have 1 week to do so from time of delivery. All that is required for a Full Refund less shipping is to send the item back in the EXACT new condition it was received with your order number, email address, and reason for return. That is it, no pre-approval needed. Leaving or threatening to leave negative feedback will void this policy.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Unless stated otherwise you may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If for whatever you cannot log in to do this, please send an email to sales@blinglights.org with your order # in the subject to request a return.
Return shipping is paid for by the customer. If returns are sent without authorization (RMA) we will issue a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
