I'm selling a copy of "American Weekly," from April 17, 1955. This is from the Herald American newspaper, Sunday edition most likely. When we were kids it was called the colored section. Anyway, these seldom survive. This one has a great art cover by Freeman Elliott. Inside, besides great older ads, is an article on the Private Files of Roosevelt's Press Secretary. We have an article by Jayne Meadows, old cigarette / circus ad, and the back has a great Coke advertisement. It measures about 11" x 13". I will have to put it between two pieces of cardboard to mail, still should be able to do it First Class. There are some stains, rough on the edges, bend corners, maybe some small tears, but overall good considering the age. Item will weigh about 6 oz. when packaged for mailing. Postage is included for US buyers (first class rate). Buyers outside of the US should contact us for amount of additional postage needed to your country. This amount would be paid by buyers. Buyers outside of the US should be prepared to pay with Paypal. Payment is expected within 10 days.
